About The Role
As Fleet Manager, you'll be responsible for the procurement, maintenance, safety, and compliance of Nationwide Groups fleet.
You'll lead a team and ensure all our vehicles and equipment are always operational and aligned with our standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both operational expertise and the ability to guide and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Oversee full fleet operations, licensing/compliance, offer after-hours support
Manage third-party repairs, review invoices, and deliver monthly operational reporting.
Drive health, safety, environmental compliance
Provide strong leadership across fleet teams, clear communication, and effective problem-solving
Travel domestically to inspect, review, and ensure alignment across multiple sites
Deliver data-driven insights and analysis to optimise company fleet performance and efficiency
Heavy vehicle licence (desirable)
Minimum 5 years' experience in Fleet Management or Logistics
