This role is suited to someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting project teams and suppliers. n Your key role responsibilities would be: n - End-to-end Accounts Payable processing - Matching invoices to purchase orders, commitments and supporting documentation - Investigating discrepancies and resolving supplier queries - Processing supplier credits and payment runs - Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate accounts - Supporting month-end processes including AP accruals - Working closely with Project Administrators, Site teams and Finance to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time n Here's what we are looking for... n - Minimum 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage high-volume invoice environments - Experience in civil construction or project-based industries highly regarded - Experience with ERP systems (Jobpac experience advantageous but not essential) - Proactive can do mindset The Winslow Way... n Each person at Winslow is empowered to make good decisions to look after each other as family, be accountable to each other, and always operate safely.
