The Prospect
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Experience Team Member to join us full-time. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer interactions across Australia and the USA. You’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that makes sure every customer feels heard, supported, and valued. 
You’ll also play a big part in collecting feedback and insights that help us make our products and service even better.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reply to product reviews on Judge Me in Shopify (AUS & USA)
- Manage and respond to Google and Facebook reviews
- Chat with customers by replying to messages and comments on Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram)
- Collect and track feedback/reviews in spreadsheets so we can spot trends and opportunities
- Share insights and product suggestions with the Marketing and Product/Operations teams
- Help us build and maintain a rich Tooletries Customer Profile, capturing behaviours and preferences
- Jump in to help the wider team when things are quiet — whether that’s organising a team lunch or lending a hand to another department
About You
You’ve worked in customer experience, customer support, or community management (or a similar role)
You’re a strong communicator with a friendly, professional tone
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle a few things at once
You’re comfortable with tools like Shopify, Judge Me, Meta Business Suite, and Excel/Google Sheets
You’ve got an analytical mindset and love turning feedback into actionable ideas
Most importantly, you’re a team player who brings positivity and solutions to the table
