About You
You are a reliable and adaptable AIN or PCA who enjoys working across different facilities and teams.
* Confident in aged care clinical environments
* Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
* Excellent time management and communication
* Professional, punctual, and dependable
* Comfortable with agency-style flexibility
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III+ in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months full-time experience in aged care
* Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Up-to-date vaccinations and serology
* Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
