Our restaurant team is seeking a highly motivated leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store.
This individual will be responsible for managing all key performance indicators, including financial and rostering tasks, as well as supervising and coaching team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing the daily activities of the store
* Managing key performance indicators such as finance and rostering
* Coaching and developing team members to achieve high standards
* Maintaining food quality and safety standards
Requirements
* Leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Passion for food and hospitality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Minimum 2 years' experience in store management (preferred)
