People Culture Specialist Role
This key role involves managing essential people-focused programs to support business leaders and employees in various HR capacities.
* Recruitment – Assist with shortlisting resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling face-to-face interviews, and completing reference checks.
* Onboarding & Offboarding – Manage a robust and systematic administrative process to ensure a seamless employee experience.
* Employment Administration – Prepare job offers and issue employment contracts across multiple companies. Responding to inbound queries related to leave, pay, OHS and other HR matters where possible/ appropriate.
* Compliance, Training & Development – Monitor employee compliance, training module completion and provide feedback to HR and relevant managers.
* HR Systems and Administration – Maintain accurate employee records across multiple systems, track milestones, and handle confidential information.
* Employee Programs – Support initiatives and projects related to incentives, rewards, engagement, and performance reviews.
