We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator, to support our Melbourne Sales Department. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual who has excellent time management skills and ability to multitask, with strong communications skills to ensure that the sales department runs effectively.
In this role you will be responsible for:
4. Receiving and resolving customer enquiries via phone and email
5. Office based management of a client portfolio
6. Management of customer web portals
7. Assisting with tender submissions
8. Managing expressions of interest for upcoming tenders
9. Preparation and submission of sales quotations
10. Process and distribution of Service Reports
11. Raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices
12. Receipting of goods
13. Supporting the Sales Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Key Account Managers
14. Supporting the branch with day to day business activities
15. General office administration duties
The ideal candidate:
16. At least 5 years coordination and administration experience, preferably in a service environment
17. Customer relationship management experience
18. Be able to create and maintain relationships with other staff and customers
19. Desire to gain experience in sales and account management
20. Experience with Pronto system would be beneficial
21. Enthusiastic with an ability to work autonomously
22. Impeccable time management skills and attention to detail is essential
23. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
24. Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
25. You own issues and find solutions
