**Customer Service Assistant (Part-time)**
A brilliant opportunity has opened at Nurses Now, due to continued growth for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team, located in the Tuggerah Business Park, Tuggerah, Central Coast.
- Part time hours, Monday, Tuesday & Friday each week 09:00am to 05:00pm.

Here's what you will be doing: In this role, you will be responsible for handling a range of client rostering and administration duties.

**Daily duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Taking phone calls and handling enquiries - high call volume
- Rostering - Staff roster allocation - fulfilling client requests
- Communicating with customers & healthcare staff
- Performing various admin and data entry tasks

**Experience and skills required**:

- Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry, preferred
- Demonstrated experience working under pressure to manage and prioritise competing demands
- Must have experience in an office environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent computer skills, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word) and Outlook (you will be required to demonstrate your computer skills as part of the interview process)
- Strong Customer Service Skills
