We are seeking a Senior/Principal Materials Engineer with experience in at least two of the following areas: welding engineering, materials engineering, and corrosion engineering. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years' experience, demonstrates a passion for materials engineering, and is eager to expand their expertise across all knowledge areas. Training, mentorship, and support will be provided by our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support on projects involving materials, corrosion, welding, and cathodic protection.
Evaluate corrosion threats and failure mechanisms of metallic materials (e.g., carbon steels, stainless steels, and nickel alloys).
Conduct materials selection activities, including modelling of corrosion rates.
Produce material and welding specifications for pipes, forgings, valves, bends, and other related components.
Design cathodic protection systems for subsea pipelines and structures.
Support procurement activities and review subcontractor procedures and documentation.
Contribute to project execution, including linepipe manufacture, pipelay, and structure fabrication.

Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Metallurgical, Materials, Welding, or Corrosion Engineering.
Additional certifications in welding, corrosion, cathodic protection, or related fields are desirable.
Experience
10+ years' experience in materials, welding, or corrosion engineering.
Demonstrated ability in technical consulting, project management, and team leadership.
Experience with offshore/subsea projects is highly advantageous.
