**About the Role**:
This is a **hands-on role** where you will be responsible for the **supervision of the warehouse's day to day operations** within our East Bendigo Warehouse. This role will oversee a **small team of warehouse** **staff**, **pick/packing** orders, **producing report**s, liaising with **internal and external cliental** to ensure deliveries are made on time and in full.
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- A **minimum of 4 years experience** in warehouse and logistics environment.
- Previous **management** experience with the ability to **lead** and **motivate** others.
- Strong **communication**, **organisation** and **delegation** skills.
- Solid **computer skills** and experience with **inventory management** software.
- Qualifications in Supply Chain Operations, Warehousing, Logistics or similar would be advantageous.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution operations.
- Ensure warehouse compliance within company's policies and procedures.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system and keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
- Allocate and manage staff resources and performance according to changing needs.
- Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating/reduce out of date products;
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
