We are seeking a talented Process Engineer who specialises in a Label print facility to join our team at Labelmakers in Arndell Park, NSW. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in process engineering within the dynamic print and labels industry.
Working day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
What you'll be doing
* Utilising the scheduling process, optimise and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and quality
* Identify and implement process improvements, troubleshoot issues and introduce new technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and test new solutions for efficiency or introduce new material and customers products
* Analyse production data and provide recommendations to management
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
* Provide training and support to production staff
* Document and maintain process engineering procedures and records
What we're looking for
* Degree in Process/Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer in print industry
* Experience with Prism
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
* Proficient in using process control and data analysis tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Understanding of printing technologies, materials and manufacturing processes
* Familiarity with quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles
