We have found strong product-market fit, proven our ability to scale internationally, and are now focused on building our go-to-market team and expanding our product footprint.

Join us as we tackle an industry contributing around 10% of global GDP but has struggled with productivity gains. It's a massive opportunity, and we need your expertise.

The Role:

This is your chance to step into a pivotal role as the second Account Manager in our APAC go-to-market team. You'll join a high-performing team of 6 sales and customer success professionals. This role is ideal for someone with deep construction experience, eager to leverage their knowledge in a fast-moving and rewarding environment.

At Aphex, we believe we are in the business of successful construction project delivery. As an Account Manager, you'll focus on helping projects succeed, which naturally leads to enterprise growth and expansion opportunities.

If you've managed construction projects, led teams, and coordinated complex operations, and are now ready to bring that expertise to a new frontier, this role is for you. We've crafted our playbooks to ensure a smooth transition into a strategic account management role, with the support needed to excel.

For motivated individuals ready to make an impact, this is the perfect moment. You'll have the opportunity to influence major infrastructure delivery across Australia, working with top contractors. While initially focused on Australian accounts, there's potential to expand your scope across APAC as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own post-enterprise growth strategy and execution for key T1/2 Australian accounts
* Drive our value-first approach: project success → company success → Aphex growth
* Build and nurture relationships with senior champions across customer organisations
* Conduct quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders
* Generate expansion opportunities within enterprise customers
* Partner with and guide customer success managers to ensure great onboarding and activation
* Help customers establish consistent operating processes across projects
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations to project leaders
* Adapt and iterate our proven playbooks
* Achieve quarterly and annual expansion targets
Requirements:
* Construction Expertise: Extensive on-site experience in construction, such as PE, SPE, or CM roles, and readiness to leverage that knowledge in a new capacity
* Tech Curious: Excited about technology's potential to solve construction pain points and eager to make a career change
* Relationship Builder: Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders
* Personal Drive & Responsibility: Strong ownership mindset and sense of urgency
* Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a new role
