The Role
As Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept through to delivery, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, and timelines. You’ll work closely with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to drive design excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage design development across high-rise residential and mixed-use projects
* Liaise with architects, consultants, and construction teams
* Ensure compliance with planning, building codes, and design standards
* Review and coordinate documentation throughout all project phases
* Support the existing Design Manager and contribute to team growth
About You
* Experience as a Design Manager within development, construction, or design consultancy
* Proven experience working on high‑rise residential or mixed‑use projects in Australia (essential)
* Strong understanding of the full design lifecycle, from concept through delivery
* Confident communication skills and the ability to work closely with consultants and internal teams
