About the role
As Campaigns Paid Digital Manager, you'll lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of CPA Fundraising's paid digital and campaigns ecosystem across large regular giving, P2P, appeals, Gifts in Wills, live events, corporate fundraising, virtual events and more. This role pushes the boundaries of what digital fundraising campaigns can do, running best‐in‐class work that sets the pace for the sector.
You'll line‐manage a team and work closely with all members of the Digital Fundraising team, as well as our Data and Customer Service teams, bringing cohesiveness, alignment and shared learning across each Fundraising area. You'll replace fragmented supporter journeys with personalised, data‐led ones that build lifetime value.

- Bring innovation and creative ambition to integrated campaign planning with Fundraising programme leads, delivering cohesive supporter journeys and sharing learnings across the portfolio.
- Manage the paid digital budget, optimising spend against ROI, LTV and shared KPIs.
- Implement a rigorous test‐and‐learn practice, turning bold pilots into scalable playbooks that lift performance across the sector.
- Embed AI, automation and personalisation into journeys, pioneering ethical, supporter‐centric use of emerging tech.
- Show remarkable stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring people together, simplify decisions and share learnings fast.
Qualifications & About you

- Fluency with the modern martech and analytics stack (CRM, marketing automation, GA4, ad platforms), with hands‐on experience using AI in your work and a real appetite to push that further in a fundraising context.
- An always‐learning, always‐teaching mindset, eager to grow your craft and lift others as you do.
