The RoleMake a difference in our community
As a member of the Cleansing Maintenance Team (based at Epping Depotor Whittlesea Depot), the Manual Litter Collection Officer contributes to the cleanliness and general appearance of the Council's roads, car parks, shopping centres, parks and associated infrastructure in a cost effective, safe manner within set quality standards.
About youIdeally, you will have an experience in the cleansing of Councils roads, parks and open spaces and hold a Medium Rigid licenece. You will also have a strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements, vehicle maintenance responsibilities and good communication skills. You will have proven ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment. Experience in the use of computers and/or an iPad would be desirable.
