Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven
Regional Sales Manager
to oversee sales operations and business development in the Lucknow region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and strengthen the presence of the
CORA
brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for CORA products.
* Build and lead a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, and ongoing performance management.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities while fostering relationships with existing clients.
* Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute region-specific promotional campaigns.
* Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
* Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
* Represent the CORA brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen market positioning.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications And Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the Lucknow market, including customer preferences and industry dynamics.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
