What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide person‑centred support with compassion, respect and dignity. Your day may include:
✨ Personal Care
* Helping clients with bathing, hygiene and grooming
* Assisting with meals and ensuring hydration
* Supporting mobility and transfers
* Prompting medication (if qualified)
* Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes
✨ Domestic Assistance
* Light household cleaning
* Laundry
* Meal preparation
* Grocery shopping
* Encouraging independence where possible
✨ Social Support & Transport
* Escorting clients to medical appointments
* Sharing a cuppa and a friendly chat
* Supporting emotional, cultural and spiritual needs
* Helping clients stay connected to their community

What You Bring
We’re looking for people who are:
* Kind, patient and empathetic
* Reliable with a strong sense of initiative
* Comfortable working independently
* Great communicators with a client‑first mindset
What You Need
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Australian Driver’s Licence
* Reliable, registered car with full comprehensive insurance
* National Police Check
* Mobile phone & internet access
* Experience in Aged Care or Community Care (desirable)
