Job Description
This role is responsible for driving the distribution channel in Asia, leading business development and strategy to achieve FY26 priorities.
You will work closely with Microsoft teams to accelerate innovation, drive joint marketing, and full-funnel activation. The goal is to expand Commercial Solutions including Windows 11, Copilot+ PCs, M365 Copilot, CSP, and Azure Local through new partnerships and existing distributors.
You will leverage FY26 investments and global programs to refresh Windows 10, increase Copilot+ PC adoption, and strengthen competitive advantage and AI services. This includes scaling market impact via MNA's SMB Acceleration program and Intel's initiative.
You will be responsible for partner channel enablement through ExpertZone and Master Trainers, executing a holistic GTM strategy for sustained Copilot+ PC momentum and market growth. You will also expand channel reach through GMT-driven partner recruitment and activation.
This role requires delivering focused Pro High Education GTM execution and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience: 8+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles, managing high-performance sales and technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies
Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, ability to coach and develop teams, experience in global or area-level business management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications: Ability to lead complex sales cycles, experience in technology solutions, cloud/infrastructure technologies, and/or subscription services
