The role & team
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our vibrant Internal Communications team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. If you're someone who thrives on creativity, loves collaborating with others, and enjoys making a visual impact this role is for you
As our Internal Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in the visual storytelling that keeps our teams connected, informed, and inspired. You'll design engaging visual content and produce a wide variety of print and digital collateral supporting internal campaigns, events, presentations, and team member engagement initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across all departments, you'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate and celebrate our people and culture.
The skills we are looking for
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position, with inhouse or agency experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a flair for visual storytelling
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to interpret briefs, manage feedback, and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience with in-house photography and retouching
- A conceptual thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture and consider broader implications
- Ability to adapt and deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and plenty of variety
- Understanding of basic UX/UI principles are desirable
- Basic animation/motion design knowledge is advantageous
