Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:
* Arranging social activities and community access
* Providing companionship, friendship and community access
* Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
* Willing to travel to Bathurst
* 24/7 roster
* Current Driver's License
* Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
* Has a valid Police Check
