We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support the end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for the company's overseas business expansion. The ideal candidate will bring strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for human resources management. You will play a key role in building the overseas team by conducting both online and in-person interviews, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and supporting various HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Execute recruitment strategies efficiently, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting online / on-site interviews, and facilitating the hiring process from offer to onboarding.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
3. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with local data privacy and employment regulations.
4. Provide administrative support for HR operations such as employee onboarding, training coordination, and performance management follow-ups.
5. Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
6. Stay updated on local labor laws, policies, and industry best practices to advise the team on compliance matters.
7. Assist in organizing team-building activities and fostering a positive workplace culture for the overseas team.


Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Demonstrated ability to execute tasks with high efficiency and attention to detail; proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
2. Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a cross‑functional team.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
4. In‑depth knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and visa / work permit processes for the target overseas market.
5. Proficiency in using HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
