About The Role
Operating within the Accommodation Team Ballarat, the Student Accommodation Officer provides comprehensive support at the ACU student accommodation residence.
The position will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient, safe and customer friendly management of the property whilst contributing to ACU's Living and Learning Community.
The Student Accommodation Officer is responsible for supporting the administrative and operational activities of the accommodation in a manner that is aligned with the University's mission and the Living and Learning Communities strategy.
Acting as the first point of contact for residents, guests, landlords and suppliers, the Student Accommodation Officer is involved in the administration of residential support programs, processing contracts and invoices, supporting other day to day administration and working to ensure students feel at home in the residence.
This position will also assist in the promotion of residential accommodation to potential students on campus and at regional school expos.
Occasional travel between campuses will also be required from time to time to support the growth of the national residential strategy.

What We Offer
The University pursues an excellence agenda and offers an environment where staff are welcomed and safe, and valued through development, participation and involvement.
Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
