**About the role**
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Deliver top-tier technical support to external customers.
- Actively promote products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Cultivate professional and amicable relationships between external and internal stakeholders.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate valves and instrumentation servicing.
- Assist Product Managers by conveying project status, prioritizing work, and specifying manufacturing lead times to external customers.
- Review orders for commercial and technical accuracy, ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines.
- Channel all sales and technical inquiries to the appropriate Account or Product Manager.
- Support a harmonious and transparent working environment for all staff.
- Coordinate quotations and address technical queries.
- Review internal technical responses from Product Managers.
- Provide customers with insights into the technical and commercial advantages of quotations.
- Record quotations in the internal register.
- Conduct periodic follow-ups on quotations under the guidance of Account and Product Managers.
- Enter all quotations into the Sales Logics database.
- Maintain Sales Logics by ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist Product Managers with day-to-day responsibilities.
- Provide administrative support to the office administrator when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
