Occupational Therapist
The role of an Occupational Therapist is to help individuals achieve independence in their daily lives. In this position, you will be working with clients across the Melbourne Metro region, providing assessments, equipment prescriptions, and home modifications to support their healthcare needs.

About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position, requiring a minimum of 1 year's experience in a community or Aged Care setting. Alternatively, we are open to considering new graduates who are willing to learn and develop their skills.
You will have the opportunity to work across various settings, including Community and Residential Aged Care, and will be required to travel to our clients' locations across the Melbourne Metro region.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing assessments, including initial assessments, reviews, post-hospitalisation, and falls risk assessments for Residential Aged Care clients.
* Developing, implementing, and managing programs for these clients, including design and facilitation of group programs and individual sessions.
* Prescribing equipment for residents as needed.
