About the role
Due to our ever growing operations throughout Brisbane and greater QLD, we currently have an outstanding opportunity for a results driven experienced Sales Consultantwith a proven track record in selling residential housing experience to be based at our, soon to be completed, Lilywood Landings Display Homes in the suburb Lilywood north of Brisbane. .You will be responsible for selling our beautiful new homes and generating and caring for every client / new lead. Continuously supported by our internal Sales Coordinators, you will be able to focus on doing what you do best- selling
You will be responsible for:
* Facilitating the purchase of our homes from initial enquiry to contract
* Based in two beautiful displays, but not stuck at your desk. Meeting clients and land agents offsite required.
* Administrative support will be provided by our internal Sales Coordinators
* Increase sales opportunities whilst accurately recording lead details
* Support strategic marketing campaigns in line with business objectives
* Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service
About you

In order to be successful in this role, you will:
* Have proven residential New Home Sales experience (2-3 years plus ideally)
* Have experience achieving and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs
* Be able to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients and sale networks
* Be available to work weekends and public holidays as required (Thursday and Fridays are days off)
* Beyond that, you are reliable, detail oriented, considerate and demonstrate a genuine understanding of teamwork
