ICT Business Analyst (Junior)

Chairo Christian School is a non-denominational Christian school with 1,900 Kinder to Year 12 students attending five picturesque campuses in West and South Gippsland, the Latrobe Valley and the south-eastern outskirts of Melbourne.

We are seeking to appoint an ICT Business Analyst (Junior) to join our ICT Team in March this year, based at our Pakenham campus.
The successful delivery of Information Technology at Chairo is of high priority and the ICT Business Analyst (Junior) will be expected to provide high-quality technical support.
Some key responsibilities will include:
· Deliver systems support, end‐user assistance and training to staff members, students and parents across multiple campuses
· Manage, prioritise and respond to support and training requests through the service desk system
· Create, deliver and maintain training programs and documentation for e‐learning ICT systems and school processes
· Analyse school, academic and business data to generate insights, reports and recommendations for process improvement
· Support and maintain data integrity, security and patching across all database and business systems
· Collaborate with stakeholders and the ICT Team on projects, process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
The successful candidate will have the following:

· Willingness to work at multiple campuses as required
· Willingness to work out of regular hours on an occasional basis
