Our client is an Australian company with its head office in Adelaide, South Australia. They are seeking an Export Coordinator who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the export process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of their products to international customers. This newly created role focuses on order management, documentation, and communication with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth export operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Process and manage export orders from receipt to delivery.
· Ensure accuracy of order details and timely entry into their ERP system.
· Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, RFP's and certificates.
· Ensure compliance with international trade regulations including customs and country-specific requirements.
· Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange transportation.
· Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues promptly.
· Act as the main contact for export customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
· Provide proactive updates and manage expectations for international clients.
· Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and compliance documentation.
· Prepare regular reports on export performance and lead times.
Key Requirements
· Demonstrated experience in export coordination or international logistics.
· Strong understanding of export documentation and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
· Proficiency in the MS Office Suite of products.
· Excellent organisational and trouble-shooting skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
