Member Experience Officer - Heritage Bank, Oakey Branch
People's Choice Credit Union – Brisbane QLD
We are seeking a Member Experience Officer at Heritage Bank. As the face of our business, you will deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service to our members.
Position: part‑time (25 hours per week) based at Heritage Bank, Oakey Branch.
Roster: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 1:30 pm. One Saturday morning every sixth week from 9 am – 12 pm at the Highfields Branch.
Initial 6‑week training: 38 hours per week Monday‑Friday (full‑time).
Responsibilities
* Assist members with transactional needs and enquiries.
* Engage in needs‑based conversations to find the right solutions for members.
* Build relationships that help members achieve long‑term financial goals.
* Educate members on digital and mobile banking tools.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications
We look for team members with a genuine passion for helping people, confident communication skills and a track record of positive customer outcomes. Preferred experience includes:
* Cash handling and reconciliation.
* Digital proficiency and quick learning of new systems.
* Previous customer service role and banking experience.
