As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our products and brand to life across packaging, e-commerce, and marketing channels. You'll own the day-to-day design delivery, ensuring everything from product labels to digital assets is precise, polished, and consistent, while supporting senior designers to focus on high-impact campaigns and product innovation. About the Role:
You will own the delivery of day-to-day design work across product labels, e-commerce assets, and marketing collateral. This role ensures accurate, timely, and brand-consistent output, allowing senior designers to focus on campaigns, product innovation, and high-value creative work.
Responsibilities:
Product Label Design
Create and update label artwork for new and existing SKUs
Manage amends, line extensions, and compliance updates
Deliver printer-ready files according to specifications
E-Commerce Design
Produce PDP assets, tiles, banners, and infographics
Maintain consistency and quality across digital platforms
BAU Marketing Support
Execute EDMs, social ads, and other routine marketing collateral
Work efficiently across multiple simultaneous requests
Brand Adherence & Production Accuracy
Follow established style guides and brand standards
Prepare files accurately for both print and digital channels
Collaboration
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Work independently with minimal supervision
Support senior designers to maintain overall team efficiency
About you:
Essential Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years industry experience in graphic design
Formal qualification in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Proven experience producing print-ready artwork
Strong knowledge of print production (bleed, trim, spot colours, dielines)
Experience designing for labels, e-commerce, and marketing collateral
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple BAU requests and meet deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders
Desirable Skills
Experience in FMCG, supplements, or regulated product design
Basic animation or motion graphics for digital assets
Experience liaising with printers or offshore production teams
Dimension and photography skills
Practical, execution-focused mindset
