Key Responsibilities
* Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
* Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations.
* Compounding, dispensing, and managing clinical trial drugs and supplies.
* Liaise with various stakeholders for training implementation.
* Implement clinical trial processes and procedures and prepare documentation efficiently.

Requirements
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional pharmacist registration.
* High level of computer literacy including knowledge of CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office.
* You are team-oriented, enjoy collaboration, and passionate about providing specialized patient care.
* Previous experience and/or formal study in cancer care is highly regarded.
* Clinical trials experience is desirable including knowledge of GMP, GCP, sterile compounding, and clean room work.
