About the role
As a Leasing Consultant / Receptionist at Sungrass Property Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the leasing operations for our growing residential property portfolio in Brisbane. This is a casual role with flexibility in your work schedule.
What you'll be doing
1. Handling incoming enquiries and providing information to prospective tenants about available rental properties
2. Conducting property inspections and viewings for potential tenants
3. Assisting with the processing of rental applications and lease agreements
4. Providing administrative support to the property management team as needed
5. Maintaining accurate records and databases related to rental properties and tenants
6. Handling general reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming phone calls
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the real estate or property management industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
5. A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
6. A flexible and adaptable working style to accommodate the needs of a growing business
