This is a permanent full-time role.
The Researcher and Evaluation Adviser plays an integral role in the design and delivery of research, evaluation and policy activities that shape future standards of medical training and practice, both leading and contributing to others’ projects. The position includes a focus on evaluation capability.
You will need strong capabilities in research, evaluation and critical and analytical thinking, and effective communication and presentation skills. Much of the work is team based. Enjoying variety, supporting others to achieve success, and learning from others are essential for success.
The role:
* Lead and contribute to all phases of research and evaluation linked to AMC priorities. There is a focus on leading and contributing to the development of monitoring and evaluation plans.
* Engage in collaborative work practices to support a culture of connectivity, shared purpose and a focus on meeting high standards.
* Communicate, present and report on work to a variety of audiences and be open to feedback and review.
* Create respectful and consultative working relationships with stakeholders and partners to build on shared commitment to high standards of medical education, training and practice.
