Lashup is looking for an experienced Lash Extensions Stylist to join our Scarborough salon. We are known for consistent, high quality work, a calm environment and strong client retention.
Applicants must already be confident and experienced in lash extensions, with the ability to independently perform full sets and refills to a high standard from day one.
Experience in lash lifts and brow services is highly regarded, but not essential.
This role suits someone who is professional in their approach, takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a structured, high standard salon environment.
This is not a traineeship or beginner role.
The Opportunity
Starting on a casual basis with the opportunity to progress into part time or full time as your client base grows.
Flexible hours between 16 and 38 hours per week are available for the right candidate. Hours can be structured around casual, part time or full time availability as the role develops.
This is a hands on role working with established systems, consistent bookings and a supportive team.
If you are highly skilled in lash extensions and open to expanding into additional services over time, we are happy to support further training within the salon.
What you'll be doing
* Providing lash extension full sets and refills across classic, volume and mega volume
* Performing lash lifts and tinting
* Delivering brow services including waxing, tinting, hybrid dye, henna and lamination
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, timing and client care
* Creating clear before and after content and occasional short form videos for social media
* Building long term client relationships through consistency and quality
* Contributing to a calm, professional salon environment
Who this role suits
* Minimum 1 year of hands on salon experience
* Strong lash extension skills with the ability to work independently from day one
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Confident communicating with clients in a professional, friendly manner
* Comfortable being filmed for simple salon content
* Reliable, punctual and organised
* Able to work some evenings and Saturdays
* Looking for a stable long term position rather than a short term or secondary role
