An experienced Instructional Designer is required for an immediate start with e-learning skills.
Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced instruction designer who will design and develop a blended learning approach alongside SMEs and other major stakeholder groups. Reporting to the Project Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following:
Liaising with internal and external SMEs to design and develop e-Learning storyboards and modules along with training workshops
Collaborate to provide industry design best practice
Design and develop a suite of e-learning modules
Ensure protection of intellectual property
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced e-learning instructional designer with strengths within Articulate, Rise or Captivate, ideally from within the mining sector. You will possess a blended learning background and excel in your communication and collaboration to deliver the best results. It is essential that you have a related tertiary qualification and, ideally, coupled with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Once given clear direction, you will have the autonomy to deliver to required timelines.
