ARG Workforce is seeking applications for vacant steel processing roles available for an immediate start at our Clients Townsville facility.
You would be processing various steel products for the construction, concrete and industrial sectors.
* Learn to operate off-coil machines, shearline and manual benders to cut and shape reinforcing bars
* Input job tags on machines to produce steel products
* Operate an overhead crane and forklift highly regarded
* Accurately pick and pack orders
* Load and unload trucks for customers or our drivers
* Promote and contribute to a safe workplace
This will be a long term casual position to begin with, and has the potential to transition to a permanent role. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT MEDICAL WITH DRUG AND ALCOHOL TEST
This will be a Monday to Friday position. Minimum 38 hours per week. with competitive pay rates and reasonable OT available.
