We are seeking a driven and passionate Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team at Geraldton Isuzu Ute in Geraldton, WA 6530. As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and closing sales of our quality range of Isuzu Ute vehicles and Used Vehicles.
Responsibilities
* Actively engage with customers, understand their requirements, and match them with the most suitable New Isuzu Ute vehicles and Used Vehicles
* Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives to showcase the capabilities of our products
* Negotiate sales prices and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery
* Maintain a strong knowledge of our product range, pricing, and industry trends
* Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to drive business growth
* Provide outstanding post-sale customer support and follow-up
* Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive or a similar customer-focused industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to deliver positive sales outcomes
* A passionate, driven, and results-oriented mindset
* A keen interest in the automotive industry and the Isuzu Ute brand
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to conduct test drives
