CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a Junior Project Manager in Darwin with a trade or construction background who’s ready to transition off the tools and kickstart a long-term career in project management.
This position focuses on supporting the Site and Project Managers across a variety of residential and commercial builds - from $100k renovations through to large-scale warehouses up to $5M. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to planning, scheduling, safety, and documentation while learning how to manage construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Site and Project Managers with day‑to‑day coordination of works.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to meet project objectives.
- Help prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
- Support procurement, quality control, and on‑site safety compliance.
- Observe site activities to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
- Participate in toolbox meetings and continuous learning opportunities.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, proactive, and safe work environment.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Energetic, positive, and eager to learn with a 'can do' attitude.
- Trade‑qualified or currently studying a Diploma or Degree in Construction / Project Management.
- General understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Solid communication and organisational skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and other project tools).
- Holds a current Driver’s Licence and White Card.
- Willing to work flexibly to accommodate study commitments.
