Overview
As a Senior Project Manager at Monks, you will play a critical role in leading and delivering large-scale Salesforce initiatives for enterprise-level clients. This position requires a deep understanding of and experience in managing complex projects and programs and the ability to drive successful outcomes for our clients. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, industries, and Salesforce solutions.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end‐to‐end project lifecycle, ensuring the successful execution of complex Salesforce implementations and driving customer satisfaction. This role includes implementing robust quality assurance processes, adhering to industry best practices and leveraging your deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. Your ability to think strategically and make data‐driven decisions will contribute to the success of projects and enable continuous improvement within the organization.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will lead a cross‐functional team of Salesforce consultants, business analysts and developers. With your exceptional leadership skills, you will foster a collaborative and high‐performing work environment, ensuring that each team member understands their role and responsibilities in delivering successful projects.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to leverage your extensive experience in enterprise project management and deep Salesforce knowledge to drive successful implementations, deliver value for enterprise‐level clients, and contribute to the growth and success of Media.Monks in the enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the successful delivery of complex projects and programs to ensure outcomes are achieved and solutions are delivered aligning to customer needs and to agreed expectations.
* Take full responsibility for the project documentation, schedule, budget management, resource planning, change control, organisational change management (including communication and training) and risk and issue management processes.
* Identify, assess and manage program risks and issues. Establish and maintain project registers.
* Report to the local director and/or steering committee through regular highlight reports, verbal reports and escalate risks and issues where required.
* Manage day‐to‐day tasking and performance of a project delivery team.
* Manage the relationship with the customer as a primary/secondary point of contact.
* Take full responsibility for the quality of work performed.
* Track progress of key project and program contractual deliverables.
* Assist with coaching and developing junior business analyst / business analyst capability.
Professional Experience
* Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of large IT /CRM programs of work
* Demonstrates effective communication, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, team members, clients and customers at all levels, both formally and informally.
* Proven experience working in fast paced agile environments
* PRINCE2 or Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
* Ability to manage senior stakeholders and client executives.
* Demonstrated experience in managing projects including the ability to manage project scope, risks, integration, issues and financials.
* Proven success in contributing to a team‐oriented environment.
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‐solving environment.
* Energetic and enthusiastic, with a desire to make an impact within a consulting and solutions environment.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
