This role is at the heart of our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless processes and systems are in place. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who excels in finding smarter ways of working through automation and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining accurate records, reports, employee files, and system data
* Challenging and improving current processes to increase productivity and efficiency
* Ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulations
* Managing onboarding processes to provide a smooth start for new team members
* Providing clear information to employees and managers regarding company policies and procedures
* Implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
We're seeking someone with experience in systems or administration within People & Culture, preferably in a retail environment. You should possess a strong eye for detail, be committed to compliance, and have a curious mindset always looking for ways to improve processes.
