About the Role
We're searching for an experienced multi‐site retail leader with a passion for furniture & homewares, strong commercial acumen, and a genuine love of developing people.
As Retail Operations Manager – Queensland, you'll oversee and support our Queensland store network:
* Fortitude Valley
* Jindalee
* Skygate
* Macgregor
* Toowoomba
* Maroochydore
You'll be working closely with Store Managers to drive performance, consistency, and an exceptional customer experience.
Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, this is a key leadership role within our business and an opportunity to make a real impact across the state.

Leadership & Team Development
* Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers to achieve individual and team performance goals.
* Build capability within your teams by fostering a positive, high‐performance culture.
* Provide clear direction, performance feedback, and ongoing development support.
Operational Excellence
* Ensure all stores operate in line with company standards from visual merchandising to inventory control.
* Drive store productivity through effective rostering, workflow management, and KPI tracking.
* Champion continuous improvement opportunities across the retail footprint.
