We are currently partnering with a Federal Govt Dept to engage three (3) experienced .NET Developers to ensure the ongoing development of ICT projects. The role demands a strong background in Microsoft stack development and modern cloud technologies. This is an initial 12 month contract with potential for a further 12 month extension and will be based in the ACT head office.
The ideal candidates will have a proven record of development in agile teams, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments with the ability to manage multiple high-priority work items simultaneously. Experience and knowledge in leading ICT technical teams may be an advantage. We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive candidates with 5+ years of experience of .NET development – preferably with some experience in an APS environment. In addition, you will have the following skills:
* Multiple years of Microsoft .NET experience doing full stack development.
* Experience designing and developing in .NET using Azure resources such as Functions, Logic Apps, PaaS SQL, API Manager, Service Bus, Entra ID, and deployment using YAML pipelines.
* Experience developing model driven apps.
* Have intimate knowledge of securing apps to meet the least privilege principle (Cyber ISM).
* Experience developing web applications with modern reactive JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
* Experience establishing and managing software repositories and developing CI/CD pipelines to deploy software.
* Proven critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills and possess lead solution design skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, deliver business outcomes and work as part of a team with a focus on leading teams to provide quality services
* Work closely as part of an agile delivery team
* Effective communication skills, able to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
