Your Role
As a Case Worker at Rosalie House - Tamworth, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support and therapeutic interventions to empower clients throughout their recovery. This role involves delivering high-quality case management, facilitating group programs and providing comprehensive alcohol and other drug treatment to support long-term wellbeing and stability. You will work within a collaborative and inclusive team that is passionate about delivering positive outcomes for individuals and the wider community.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage individual case plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Provide psychosocial support, conflict resolution and facilitate group work
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive and sustainable client outcomes
Maintain accurate client records and actively participate in case reviews
Conduct drug and alcohol screenings and engage with families and external stakeholders
Contribute to continuous quality improvement, WHS requirements and staff mentoring
