Ideal Candidate
* Must have a Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Social Work eligible for AASW membership and experience at Level 2 or higher.
* Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and recent experience in inpatient/community settings, including end-of-life and palliative care.
* Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and research.
* Experience in clinical supervision, mentoring, and staff development.
