Assistant Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Brook in Point Cook. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the achievement of financial targets, leading and motivating staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management team in achieving set financial targets.
* Ensure efficient stock control and management practices are in place.
* Maintain a high standard of front-of-house ambiance and appearance at all times.
* Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of hospitality professionals.
* C Coordinate and execute successful promotions and events.
* Manage venue auditing and compliance requirements in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in hospitality management.
* Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
* Possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Available to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Hold full working rights in Australia.
