About the Role
We are looking for experienced support workers with a strong background in the disability and mental health sectors. In this role, you will provide personalised support to clients in their homes and in the community. Responsibilities include assistance with daily living tasks, community access, transportation, and supporting clients who may have pets.
Shifts are available across mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred support that aligns with individual needs and care plans
* Assist with daily living activities and household tasks
* Support community participation and social engagement
* Transport clients safely — including those with pets
* Maintain a professional, empathetic, and respectful approach at all times
* Work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment

Mandatory Requirements
* Valid Driver’s Licence
* Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* National Police Check
* Comfortable working with and transporting pets

Pay: $33.00 – $62.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.0 – 30.0 per week
