Progresciv is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team, specialising in roads, highways, and active transport design.
You will work on innovative infrastructure projects, delivering safe and sustainable transport solutions across urban and regional areas.
If you are the ideal candidate, you will already have at least 3 years experience in road design and consider yourself to be a high performer who can work in a fast paced environment.
You should have experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Microstation, Civil 3D, 12D or OpenRoads and be able to utilize your design skills in order to communicate workable solutions with the client.
You should also be comfortable with providing direction to designers and drafters.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop road and highway infrastructure projects from concept through to construction documentation.
Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, specifications, and BoQ's.
Conduct site inspections and surveys to inform design improvements.
Ensure compliance with relevant Australian standards, codes, and environmental regulations.
Provide technical advice and support to project managers and clients throughout project delivery.
Assist in preparing tender documentation and undertaking contract administration.
Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, recognised by Engineers Australia and eligible for CPEng.
Demonstrated experience designing roads, highways, and active transport infrastructure.
A minimum 3 years experience working in a consultancy environment.
Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation and OpenRoads.
Strong understanding of Australian standards and guidelines for road and active transport design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of road design engineering principles.
Ability to communicate issues and provide solutions to stakeholders.
Current driver's licence and willingness to undertake site visits.
