Job Summary:
* Support desktop ICT services, both in-person and virtually.
* Provide installation and break-fix services for software, hardware, printers, and networking infrastructure.
* ITIL V3 certified
* Proficient in incident, problem, and risk management practices.
* Accurately log and update ITSM tickets and records.
* Focus on delivering high customer satisfaction.
* Skilled in supporting Microsoft M365 applications and legacy systems.
* Ability to support bespoke software platforms with guidance.
* Regularly perform moves, adds, and changes (MACs).
Requirements:
* Must be an Australian Citizen.
* NV1 security clearance required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
