We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a hands-on National Fleet Monitoring Officer to support our drivers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Position Available: National Fleet Monitoring Officer
Location: Richlands, Queensland
About the Role:In this role, you will help keep our transport operations running smoothly. You’ll support drivers, monitor activity, and make sure any issues are managed quickly and professionally.
This is a casual ongoing role as part of a rotating roster and requires flexibility for shift work, including weekends. 4 days on, 4 days off - 12hr shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor transport activity in the Nexus Centre to ensure everything is running on trackCommunicate with drivers who may need to take fatigue breaksReport and follow up on any faults with devices or systemsSpot any potential risks or delays early and help resolve themWork closely with drivers, internal teams, and external partnersMeet service standards and support a safe and efficient operation
Skills and Experience: Great customer service and communication skillsAble to think quickly and solve problemsConfident using computers and systemsGood time management and teamwork skillsIdeally some experience in transport, logistics or supply chain
