- Lead and inspire Chefs in day-to-day operations.

Minimum Criteria:
- Australian Trade Certification or Cert III in Commercial Cookery essential.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- High volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience.
- Experience in a mining village operation preferred, but all professional kitchen experience considered.
- Willingness to obtain or have a Queensland Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Surface Mining Induction.
- Experience working in a remote setting desired.
- Solid leadership skills, self-motivation, and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
