The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of HR professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
* Support the HR Manager in leading the HR function, including:
* Strategic planning and project management
* Performance improvement and leadership development initiatives
* Talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
* Remuneration, benefits, and compensation management
* Workforce planning and succession management
* Budgeting and financial management practices
* Employee relations, industrial relations, and labor laws compliance
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior HR role, with a strong background in heavy industry or manufacturing.
